Affinity Workshop
SHUTTLE RESERVATIONS CLOSED ON OCTOBER 2, 2022 - YOU MAY STILL SUBMIT A RESERVATION REQUEST & WILL BE ASSIGNED TO THE FIRST AVAILABLE SHUTTLE AFTER YOUR ARRIVAL TIME.
Shuttles are for the Affinity Risk Control Workshop attendees ONLY.
A minimum of (5) riders are required to operate a shuttle. If (5) reservations are not received at your requested time, you will be assigned to the first available shuttle and notified of your updated shuttle time.
Please note Shuttle times are plus or minus 10 minutes to allow for early or late flights.
Shuttles FROM ABQ TO the Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder:
- Enter ABQ as Pick Up location
- Please allow a minimum of 45 minutes after landing when scheduling your shuttle time.
- Available shuttle times: 11:45am, 12;30pm, 2:50pm, 4:45pm, 6:15pm, 8:00pm, and 11:30pm
Shuttles FROM the Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder TO ABQ:
- Please allow a minimum of 3 hours if you are not checking luggage and 3.5hours if you are checking luggage prior to your departure time when scheduling your shuttle.
- Travel time from the Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder hotel to the Albuquerque International Sunport (ABQ) is about one and a half hours.
- Available shuttle times: 3:30am, 4:30am, 7:15am, 8:15am, 11:00am, 12:00pm, 2:45pm, and 5:00pm
AFFINITY SHUTTLES - SANTA FE AIRPORT (SAF)
Shuttles FROM SAF TO the Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder:
- Enter SAF as Pick Up location:
- Shuttles depart from airport approximately 30 minutes after arrival and passengers have claimed their luggage.
- Available shuttle times: 10:15am, 11:30am, 12:30pm, 1:30pm, 4:45pm, 8:45pm, 10:15pm
Shuttles FROM the Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder TO SAF:
- Please allow a minimum of 1.5 hours if you are not checking luggage and 2 hours if you are checking luggage prior to your departure time when scheduling your shuttle.
- Travel time from the Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder hotel to the Santa Fe Airport (SAF) is about 30 minutes.
Available shuttle times: 4:30am, 5:30am, 8:15am, 9:45am, 11:00am, 2:45pm
